This is a deload week so things are pretty light which was a great thing since my knee was killing me from running last week. There is a reason I don’t run, it ends up beating me up and I suck at it. I figured it best to go in and see how things felt. You know it is a bad week when even 40%-60% of your training max is taxing.

I normally press on Thursday but I woke up and had trouble keeping my leg straight, I slept in instead and moved the press to Friday with deadlifts.
Friday 7/17/2015 – Press
Friday 7/17/2015 – Deadlift
These were AWFUL! I felt like 230 was 430 and I couldn’t get in a groove to save my life. One of those days where you just do what you need and go to work just happy to see the gym in the rearview mirror.
Next week will be better.
