No lifting this week, I was out of town for work so I just used the treadmill instead.  Monday was a steady jog for just over a mile.  Tuesday and Wednesday were intervals of  8 rounds of 30s run and 30 second rest.  Total of about 8 minutes with warmup and cool-down.  In retrospect this was a mistake, my knees were killing me after Wednesday, I might have gone too hard too quickly.  I am satisfied that I made the entire interval and was still strong at the end.

Deload next week which is a good thing because my knee is still swollen and sore.
